"Stayed in hotel for 4 nights with a family of 4. Booked two deluxe room. Rooms are well maintained and moderately sized for 2 person, can fit luggage. Cleanliness and hygiene is maintained well. Their hospitality is quite good. Receptionist gave us access to two connected room which made it quite easy with kids. Location is a big plus."

What are the check-in requirements for guests?

In accordance with the National Registration Regulations, guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in. A valid physical identification (passport or NRIC) is required at registration. Driver’s licenses, membership cards, and Singpass will not be accepted.
Are pets allowed?

Pets are allowed at our Service Residence levied at SGD 30 per day or SGD 500 per month, subject to prevailing Goods & Services Tax.
Do I need to pay a deposit for the residence during my stay?

As the minimum stay at our Serviced Residences is three months, a one-month deposit is required. If the stay is more than a year, a two-month deposit is required.
Do you have a washer and dryer?

Storage of luggage is unavailable at our Serviced Residences.

How to get here (from Changi Airport)

By Taxi

Board a taxi from a taxi stand at Terminal 1, 2, 3 or 4. It takes approximately 22 minutes to reach our hotel. Please note that all taxis run by meter and there is an additional surcharge for all trips from the airport.
Present your hotel confirmation at the Sentosa Admission Gantry 1 or 2 for complimentary admission into the island.

By Public Transport

This route would take about 1 hour.

Changi Airport station is accessible by foot from Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 (If you are at Terminal 1, take the complimentary Skytrain service that connects to Terminal 2 and 3. If you are at Terminal 4, take the complimentary shuttle bus service that connects to Terminal 2.).
Board the train at Changi Airport station and alight at Tanah Merah station.
Switch platforms at Tanah Merah station and head towards Outram Park station which is 12 stops away.
Switch platforms at Outram Park station to take the North East Line and head towards HarbourFront station which is 1 stop away.
Exit the HarbourFront station.
You may enter the Sentosa island via our hotel shuttle bus or the Sentosa Express monorail.

By Hotel Shuttle Bus

Head to VivoCity Lobby G on level 1 to board the complimentary hotel shuttle bus, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Hotel Shuttle bus operates from 8am to 9.30pm at a 30-minute interval. (last pick-up from VivoCity is approximately 9.30pm).

By Sentosa Express Monorail

Head to VivoCity Lobby L on level 3 and present your hotel confirmation at the ticketing counter in exchange for a QR code, one QR code per person is required.
Scan the QR code at the Express QR Reader for complimentary ride on the Sentosa Express monorail into the island. Each hotel confirmation allows up to 4 persons complimentary access via Sentosa Express monorail.
Board the monorail, alight at Imbiah station and take a short 3-minute walk to the hotel.
